Refunds will be issued as follows:
*A Internet screen printout from our Steve’s World of Golf site qualifies as an “original sales receipt”.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid and assigned a RA# (C.O.D.’s will not be accepted). All claims for shortages must be made within 10 days of product receipt.
Exceptions and Exclusions
Steve’s World of Golf reserves the right to limit or refuse the return of certain merchandise, such as special or custom orders, custom clubs, assembled or altered components, personalized items and media (e.g. books, video, software, etc.). Free goods, received as part of a promotional offers or a sale are not eligible for exchange or return. Used merchandise may also be refused.
Warranty Claims/Defective Returns
Warranty claims are subject to the discretion of the original product manufacturer. Warranty information is included with many manufacturer’s products, or may be found on their respective website. Please contact Steve’s World of Golf prior to returning any merchandise for warranty or defective consideration.
Many orders ship in multiple cartons and may arrive days apart, so check your packing slip before calling us to report a shortage. All claims for shortages must be made with the carrier within 10 days of the invoice date.
How to Return Merchandise
To return an item to our warehouse we encourage you to re-use your original shipping carton. Any product that needs to be returned to Steve’s World of Golf, you must contact our company using our return form. Qualifying returns will be issued a RA#. For Products that were shipped correctly and are not defective the customer will be responsible for all return freight charges and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the customer’s refund.
