CUSTOM GOLF CLUB LIMITED WARRANTY
Steve’s World of Golf is proud of the quality
and engineering behind all of our custom golf
clubs. These clubs are warranted to the
original owner against defects in material and
workmanship, which are not a result of abuse,
misuse, alteration, accident or damage in
transit for one year. This
warranty covers all parts for one year. Labor costs will be
covered for one year from the purchase date;
after that date the customer will be
responsible for all labor charges.
Should any defect occur during the warranty
period, only the defective item should be
returned at the customer’s expense.
Transportation prepaid to Steve’s World of
Golf store where the product was originally
purchased, for repair or replacement (if
necessary), as determined by Steve’s World of
Golf Steve’s World of Golfs repair department
will determine if the product is covered under
this warranty. Any correspondence regarding
this warranty should be addressed to the
company.
Steve’s World of Golf obligations are limited
to the aforementioned repair or replacement of
warranty for which return or notification has
been received during the warranty period. This
warranty covers the heads and shafts of all
custom clubs. It does not include normal wear
of grips.
Steve’s World of Golf will adjust lies and
lofts of clubs (a maximum of two times) at no
charge, for the first year after the purchase
date. After one year the customer will be
responsible for lie and loft adjustments at
full price.
Steve’s World of Golf shall not be liable for
any accidental or environmental damage arising
from breach of this or any implied warranty.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or
limitation of incidental or consequential
damages, so the above gives you specific legal
rights, and you may also have the rights,
which vary from state to state.
Customer receipt along with this form must be presented for any warranty
coverage.
